Twilio Organic Social Design & Animation

Twilio, a customer engagement platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses, hired Highwire to provide ongoing design work and creative counsel. As the design lead on the account, I was tasked with creative ideation and execution across a variety of topics — including report promotion, employee recruitment, national days that aligned with company values and more.

Twilio’s tone of voice is casual, balanced, direct, human and authentic — which enabled our team to explore a variety of creative concepts and newly launched social media formats, ultimately driving considerable engagement and establishing Twilio Social as a destination for content and important company updates.
